Exploring during lockdown with a friend we came across this old railway tunnel. There was a sense of trepidation as we approached the entrance which became a thrill of excitement to see where it would lead and what lay beyond. As we moved into the tunnel we noticed the walls and ceiling and imagined the workers who toiled to make this passage. During times when lockdowns and restrictions limited our ability to explore the world, discovering an old tunnel provided a much needed sense of adventure and wonder.
